Telephone Sales Support & General Admin - Self Employed Home Based (London)

We are a Virtual Business Support company.

We provide a range of support services to a variety of UK and International clients. All our team work remotely from the comfort of their own homes, and due to an increase in clients wanting to use our service, we now need to expand our team.

We are looking for new team members to provide Telephone Sales Support & General Administration on a self employed freelance basis.

This is an ideal position for someone who has previous experience working from home, flexibility and self management skills. The role is varied and you will work on different client accounts and systems. Daily tasks can include answering incoming calls, dealing with customer enquiries via telephone, email, chat and support tickets, preparing quotations, updating case management systems and making outbound sales support, telemarketing and appointment booking calls.

Must be IT proficient and easily pick up the use of new software packages quickly.

You MUST be available to work a variety of shifts between the hours of 9am - 9pm Monday - Saturday each week, with an allocated minimum of 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to work more hours as required to meet the needs of the business

Home Working Experience
Remote Customer Service
Good typing skills
Telemarketing or Appointment Booking Experience
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, other software experience such as Zendesk, Xero, CRM will be a great advantage)
Have a clear speaking voice with an excellent telephone manner (No heavy accent)
Good listening skills and the ability to engage with clients, customers and prospects, and explain services and products, chase for outstanding payments and deal with customer concerns or complaints.

This is a freelance self employed position so you will be responsible to HMRC for your own Tax & NI.

Training on all systems will be provided virtually - Training will be unpaid

System Requirements

You must have a home office or a quiet place to work, have a wired, up to date PC or Laptop with anti virus software installed and a USB headset.
